Children's Policy

HavenPath is built for adult women, mothers, and caregivers navigating crisis. The app is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

HavenPath does not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children under 13 (the threshold under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "COPPA") or from minors under 18 generally.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 18 has created an account or submitted personal information through HavenPath, please contact privacy@thehavenpath.com and we will promptly delete the account and any associated data.

Parents and caregivers may use HavenPath to plan for the safety of their children — for example, by listing pediatric needs in a go-bag, naming children in a custody plan, or saving a child's pediatrician as a safe place. Information about a child entered by a caregiver is treated with the same minimum-collection, on-device-where-possible standard described in our Privacy Policy.
