End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding contract between you and HavenPath. By installing or using the HavenPath app you accept this EULA and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. License grant

HavenPath grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by applicable law; (c) sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the app; (d) remove proprietary notices; (e) use the app to violate law or the rights of others.

3. Age

You must be at least 18 to use the app.

4. App store terms (Apple)

If you obtained HavenPath through the Apple App Store: this EULA is between you and HavenPath only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no warranty obligations and no obligation to provide support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

5. App store terms (Google)

If you obtained HavenPath through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "AS IS." See §9 of the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer and liability cap.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate it. You may end it any time by deleting the app and your account.
